Real small schedule in the Atlantic Coast Conference yesterday as most teams get ready for the ACC/Big 10 Challenge. Actually, the only game on tap was part of the challenge between the two conferences. And while it was only one game, it was a nail biter to say the least...
It was the mediocre Virginia Tech (4-3) squad taking on a Top 25 team in Wisconsin (ranked 22nd). Led by G/F A.D. Vassallo the Hokies played the ranked Badgers to the end, tieing the game with about 7 seconds to go, but then the Badgers scored the winning basket with 0.9 seconds to go.Here is the video of the last seconds of the game from YouTube:
