I know I missed reason #7 yesterday, but it was for a reason. It is because reasons #6 and #7 go hand in hand. They are about the Atlantic Coast Conference, they are about the two trophies that the trio of Lawson, Ellington and Green have brought home twice in a row and could do it one more time next season.
Yes, reasons seven and six are about the ACC regular season trophy and the ACC post season tournament trophy. It is about bringing back that dominance that UNC had with Dean Smith in the ACC and will have again now that Roy Williams has taken over this program. This is all about "others", when the last one reason was all about them.

I truly think that with these young men coming back one more year the Tar Heels would once again be the clear favorite for the ACC RS and ACC Tourney. This is all about the program, and these young men have been in the program and I think in the end they can see that what they have laid down the next group of players will benefit from. They were a class that had to re start after a big turnover, and now they could stay at UNC and not have that same turnover.
