Another day gone, another day closer to June 16th, one less day to think about whether the trio from North Carolina will come back or not. And yes, another day when I give you another reason (today is the twelth one) why they should come back to UNC for next season.
This reason is pretty simple. It is all about "the basics" and getting back to them. What do I mean by that? That, in my humble opinion, all these young men could use just that extra work on the fundementals of the game. Why do I talk about this? Because I think none of them might ever become All Stars at the pro level and the way I see it if you are not the super star in the NBA you need to be that role player that knows the game and how to execute his part from A to Z.
If there is one thing that needs playing time to improve is the fundementals. You have to play and play and play in order to get the things down. There is no exchange for playing time when it comes to working on fundementals. In this instance I believe that you can not trade being on the bench on an NBA team to being a starter/getting lots of minutes in college.
