As the weekend progresses and the NBA Pre-Draft Camp comes closer and closer I found another two student-athletes that have decided to pull their names out of the upcoming draft. That makes a total of eight that will not head over to Orlando, a number I have to say I thought would be bigger. I get more and more curious if the last couple of days there will be more players making this decision or if the ones left will all go Disney's "The Milk House" to work out.Josh Shipp has decided to return to UCLA for his senior year. (Story from 05/22).
Antonio Anderson has decided to return to Memphis for his senior year. (Story from 05/23).
I have to say seeing all these juniors come back to college it does truly show that they were all in the "testing the waters" to see what would happen when they have to do this for real next year. And while I find the process way too long (it could have been done a lot sooner) and that it hurts teams that have more than 1 player doing this as they need to fill those scholarships, for the players I believe it helps a lot to see what it is going to be like.
